نضخ
Attested forms : نَضَّاخَتَانِ 1
Core meaning
To gush forth with force and abundance, like a spring under pressure.
Uses
نَضَّاخَتَانِ → "gushing" : intensive form in the dual: the two springs never cease gushing.
- «فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ» — "In them both, two gushing springs" (55:66)
Evidence from the text
Sole occurrence (55:66). The second pair of gardens receives two springs that gush, where the first had two springs that flow (55:50): the intensive form says the force and abundance of the flow, not a mere trickle.
