In the frieze The one who transmits tells those who disown that he does not obey what they obey: each his Law.
Read just before, 110 leads here: Mankind enters the Law of God; the next sura has him say to those who disown: "To you your Law". 110

به نام خدا، بی‌اندازه مهربان، مهربان. بگو: «ای انکارکنندگان! من از آنچه شما از آن فرمان می‌برید فرمان نمی‌برم، و شما، شما، فرمان‌بردار آنچه من از آن فرمان می‌برم نیستید.
بِسۡمِ اِ۬للَّهِ اِ۬لرَّحۡمَٰنِ اِ۬لرَّحِيمِ قُلۡ يَٰأَيُّهَا اَ۬لۡكَٰفِرُونَ لَا أَعۡبُدُ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ وَلَا أَنتُمۡ عَٰبِدُونَ مَا أَعۡبُدُ
و من، من، فرمان‌بردار آنچه شما از آن فرمان برده‌اید نیستم، و شما، شما، فرمان‌بردار آنچه من از آن فرمان می‌برم نیستید.
وَلَا أَنَا۠ عَابِدٞ مَّا عَبَدتُّمۡ وَلَا أَنتُمۡ عَٰبِدُونَ مَا أَعۡبُدُ
برای شما قانون شما، و برای من قانون من.»
لَكُمۡ دِينُكُمۡ وَلِي دِينِ
