Dengan nama Tuhan, Yang Maha Pemurah, Yang Maha Pengasih. Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkannya pada malam Ukuran.
بِسۡمِ اِ۬للَّهِ اِ۬لرَّحۡمَٰنِ اِ۬لرَّحِيمِ إِنَّا أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةِ اِ۬لۡقَدۡرِ
Dan apa yang memberimu gambaran tentang apakah malam Ukuran itu?
وَمَا أَدۡر۪ىٰكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ اُ۬لۡقَدۡر
Malam Ukuran itu lebih baik daripada seribu bulan.
لَّيۡلَةُ اُ۬لۡقَدۡرِ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡ أَلۡفِ شَهۡرٖ
Pada malam itu turun para Agen dan Curahan, dengan izin Pelindung mereka, untuk segala urusan.
تَنَزَّلُ اُ۬لۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَاَلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ
Ia adalah kedamaian, hingga terbitnya fajar.
سَلَٰمٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطۡلَعِ اِ۬لۡفَجۡرِ
