بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Nel nome di Dio, il Tutto-Benevolo, il Benevolo.
Non abbiamo aperto il tuo petto? Non abbiamo tolto il tuo fardello, che opprimeva la tua schiena? E non abbiamo elevato il tuo ricordo?
أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ
Accanto alla difficoltà, vi è certamente una facilità. Accanto alla difficoltà, vi è certamente una facilità.
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا
Non appena sei libero, dedica il tuo sforzo, e verso il tuo Tutore, rivolgi il tuo anelito.
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب
