In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. Did We not open your chest for you? Did We not lift your burden from you, which weighed upon your back? And did We not elevate your remembrance for you?
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ ٱلَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
So indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
As soon as you are freed, direct your effort, and to your Guardian turn your yearning.
فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
