Sourate Al-Jumu'a (62) original (rasm)

In the name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Benevolent. Whatever is in the heavens and on the earth glorifies God, the Sovereign, the Most Holy, the All-Powerful, the Wise.i 1

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم يسبح لله ما في السموت وما في الارض الملك القدوس العزيز الحكيم

It is He who raised among the people without Scripture a messenger from among themselves, reciting to them His verses, purifying them, and teaching them the Scripture and wisdom, although they were before in manifest error — and others among them who have not yet joined them.i 3

هو الذي بعث في الامين رسولا منهم يتلوا عليهم ايته ويزكيهم ويعلمهم الكتب والحكمه وان كانوا من قبل لفي ضلل مبين واخرين منهم لما يلحقوا بهم

And He is the All-Powerful, the Wise.i 3

وهو العزيز الحكيم

That is the bounty of God, which He gives to whom He wills. 4

ذلك فضل الله يوتيه من يشا

And God is the Possessor of great bounty. 4

والله ذو الفضل العظيم

The example of those who were entrusted with the Tawrah, and then did not carry it, is like the example of a donkey carrying books. 5

مثل الذين حملوا التوريه ثم لم يحملوها كمثل الحمار يحمل اسفارا

How evil is the example of a people who deny the signs of God! 5

بيس مثل القوم الذين كذبوا بايت الله

And God does not guide the unjust people. 5

والله لا يهدي القوم الظلمين

Say: O you, the Reoriented! if you claim that you are the allies of God, excluding other people, then wish for death, if you are truthful. 6

قل يايها الذين هادوا ان زعمتم انكم اوليا لله من دون الناس فتمنوا الموت ان كنتم صدقين

But they will never wish for it, because of what their hands have sent forth. 7

ولا يتمنونه ابدا بما قدمت ايديهم

And God knows well the wrongdoers. 7

والله عليم بالظلمين

Say: Indeed, the death from which you flee will surely meet you. Then you will be returned to the Knower of what escapes the senses and of what is manifest, and He will inform you of what you used to do.i 8

قل ان الموت الذي تفرون منه فانه ملقيكم ثم تردون الي علم الغيب والشهده فينبيكم بما كنتم تعملون

O you who believe! When the call is made for the Contact, on this day of gathering, hasten to the remembrance of God and leave off trade. 9

يايها الذين امنوا اذا نودي للصلوه من يوم الجمعه فاسعوا الي ذكر الله وذروا البيع

That is better for you, if you but knew. 9

ذلكم خير لكم ان كنتم تعلمون

Then when the Contact is concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of God, and remember God often, that you may succeed. 10

فاذا قضيت الصلوه فانتشروا في الارض وابتغوا من فضل الله واذكروا الله كثيرا لعلكم تفلحون

But when they saw a trade or a diversion, they rushed to it and left you standing. 11

واذا راوا تجره او لهوا انفضوا اليها وتركوك قايما

Say: What is with God is better than diversion and than trade. 11

قل ما عند الله خير من اللهو ومن التجره

And God is the best of providers. 11

والله خير الرزقين
