Sourate At-Takwir (81) original (rasm)

In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. When the sun is wrapped up, and when the stars scatter, and when the mountains are set in motion, and when the pregnant camels are neglected, and when the wild beasts are gathered, and when the seas are set on fire, and when the Selves are paired, and when the girl buried alive is asked for what wrong she was killed, and when the scrolls are laid open, and when the sky is stripped away, and when the Hellfire is set ablaze, and when the Garden is brought near, a Self will know what it has brought forward.i 14

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم اذا الشمس كورت واذا النجوم انكدرت واذا الجبال سيرت واذا العشار عطلت واذا الوحوش حشرت واذا البحار سجرت واذا النفوس زوجت واذا الموده سيلت باي ذنب قتلت واذا الصحف نشرت واذا السما كشطت واذا الجحيم سعرت واذا الجنه ازلفت علمت نفس ما احضرت

So I do not need to swear by the retreating stars, those that run their courses and hide, and by the night when it darkens, and by the dawn when it breathes: indeed, it is the word of a noble messenger, endowed with power, secure with the Lord of the Edifice, obeyed there, trustworthy.i 21

فلا اقسم بالخنس الجوار الكنس واليل اذا عسعس والصبح اذا تنفس انه لقول رسول كريم ذي قوه عند ذي العرش مكين مطاع ثم امين

And your companion is not insane. 22

وما صاحبكم بمجنون

And he certainly saw him on the clear horizon. 23

ولقد راه بالافق المبين

And he does not withhold anything of what escapes the senses.i 24

وما هو علي الغيب بضنين

And it is not the word of an outcast Diverter. So where are you going?i 26

وما هو بقول شيطن رجيم فاين تذهبون

It is not but a reminder to all beings, for whoever wills among you to take a right course.i 28

ان هو الا ذكر للعلمين لمن شا منكم ان يستقيم

And you do not will except that God wills, Guardian of all beings. 29

وما تشاون الا ان يشا الله رب العلمين
