Our Guardian, and raise up among them a messenger, from among themselves, who recites Your signs to them, teaches them the Scripture and the wisdom, and purifies them. 2:129

Have you not seen the court, among the Children of Israel, after Moussa, when they said to a prophet of theirs: "Raise up for us a king, that we may fight in the way of God"? 2:246
And their prophet said to them: "God has indeed raised up for you Talut as king." 2:247
He said: "How will God bring this back to life, after its death?" God then caused him to die a hundred years, then He resurrected him. 2:259
God has indeed blessed the believers, by raising up among them a messenger, from among themselves, who recites His signs to them, purifies them, and teaches them the Scripture and the wisdom, though before they were in manifest error. 3:164
And if you fear a rupture between the two, send then an arbiter from his family, and an arbiter from her family; if they both want reconciliation, God will bring them into accord. 4:35
God has indeed taken the engagement of the Children of Israel, and We raised up, among them, twelve leaders. 5:12
God then sent a raven, which scratched the earth, to show him how to conceal his brother's nakedness. 5:31
And they say: "There is nothing but our present life, and we will not be resurrected." 6:29
As for the dead, God will resurrect them, 6:36
It is He who takes you back to Himself, by night, and knows what you accomplish by day, then He resurrects you in it, so that a fixed term may be fulfilled; 6:60
Say: "He is capable of raising up against you a punishment, from above you or from beneath your feet, or of mixing you into rival factions, and making some of you taste the violence of others." 6:65

Then We sent, after them, Moussa with Our signs, to Fir'awn and his court, but they were unjust toward them. 7:103
And remember when your Guardian proclaimed that He would certainly send against them, until the Day of Appearance, one who would inflict upon them the worst of punishments. 7:167
but God was averse to their setting out, and He held them back, and it was said to them: "Stay with those who stay." 9:46
Then, after him, We sent messengers to their respective peoples; they brought them clear proofs, but they were not disposed to believe what they had first denied. 10:74
Then, after them, We sent Moussa and Harun to Fir'awn and his court, with Our signs; but they were arrogant and were a severed people. 10:75
And if you say: "You will be raised after death," those who deny will surely say: "This is nothing but a manifest illusion." 11:7
He said: "My Guardian, grant me then a respite until the day they are raised up." 15:36
and they do not even know when they will be raised. 16:21
We have indeed raised up, in every community, a messenger: "Obey God and avoid the Tyrant," 16:36
They swore by God, with their most solemn oaths, that God will not raise up the one who dies. 16:38
And the Day We raise up, from every community, a witness, it will no longer be permitted to those who deny [to excuse themselves], nor will they be asked to make amends. 16:84
And the Day We raise up, in every community, a witness from among themselves, against it, and We bring you, as a witness against these, 16:89
When the promise of the first of these two came, We raised up against you obedient ones of Ours, possessed of severe rigor, who ranged through the dwellings in every direction — 17:5
And We never punish until We have raised up a messenger. 17:15
And they said: "When we are bones and fragments, shall we really be raised in a new creation?" 17:49
And for part of the night, keep vigil with it, as an addition for you: it may be that your Guardian will raise you to a praised station. 17:79
And nothing kept the people from believing, when guidance came to them, except that they said: "Would God have sent a human being as a messenger?" 17:94
That is their reward, for having denied Our signs and said: "When we are bones and fragments, shall we really be raised in a new creation?" 17:98
We then set up [a barrier] over their ears, in the Cave, for a counted number of years; then We revived them to know which of the two groups better reckoned the length of their stay. 18:12
Thus We revived them, so that they might question one another. 18:19
They said: "Your Guardian knows best how long you have stayed; so send one of you, with this note, to the Capital, and let him see which of its foods is purest, and let him bring you provision from it, and let him act with discretion, 18:19
And peace be upon him the day he was born, the day he dies, and the day he is raised alive. 19:15
And peace be upon me the day I was born, the day I die, and the day I am raised alive." 19:33
O mankind, if you are in doubt about the Deployment, then indeed We created you from dust, then from a drop of seed, then from a clinging clot, then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed, that We may make things clear to you. 22:5
That is because God is the Truth, He gives life to the dead, He is capable of all things, the Hour is coming — no doubt about it — and God will raise up those who are in the graves. 22:7
then, on the Day of Appearance, you will be raised. 23:16
The court of his people, those who denied and treated the meeting of the hereafter as a lie, and to whom We had given ease in the present life, said: This is nothing but a human being like you, who eats of what you eat and drinks of what you drink; and if you obey a human being like you, you will then indeed be losers. Does he promise you that, once dead and become dust and bones, you will be raised up? Far, far indeed is what you are promised! There is nothing but our present life, we die and we live, and we will not be raised up! He is nothing but a man who has invented a lie against God, and we will not believe him. 23:38
But they said the same thing that the ancients used to say; they said: Is it that, once dead and become dust and bones, we will be raised up? 23:82
and behind them there is a barrier, until the day they are raised up. 23:100
Is this the one God has sent as a messenger? He nearly led us astray from our deities, had we not remained firmly attached to them! 25:42
Had We willed, We would have sent into every city a warner. 25:51
They said [Fir'awn's court]: 'Put him and his brother off, and send gatherers into the cities, who will bring you every great, knowing worker of illusion.' 26:37
and do not disgrace me on the day they are resurrected, the day when neither wealth nor sons will be of use, except to one who comes to God with an intact Core. 26:89
and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected. 27:65
Your Guardian never destroys cities before raising up, in their metropolis, a messenger reciting Our signs to them; 28:59
You have certainly remained, under God's Code, until the Day of Deployment; 30:56
so this is the Day of Deployment — but you did not know." 30:56
Your creation and your deployment are but as [that of] a single Self; 31:28
They will say: "Woe to us! Who has raised us up from our resting place? 36:52
and say: "This is nothing but a plain illusion. When we are dead, earth and bones, shall we be resurrected — we, or our earliest forefathers?" 37:17
Had he not been among those who glorify, he would indeed have remained in its belly until the day they are resurrected. 37:144
He said: "My Guardian, grant me a delay until the day they are resurrected." 38:79
Yusuf certainly came to you before with clear proofs, and you did not cease to be in doubt about what he brought you, until, when he perished, you said: 'God will not send a messenger after him'; 40:34
And they used to say: "When we are dead and become earth and bones, will we truly be raised up? Or our forefathers?" 56:48
The day God resurrects them all and informs them of what they did. 58:6
The day God resurrects them all, they will swear to Him as they swear to you, thinking they stand on something. 58:18
It is He who raised among the people without Scripture a messenger from among themselves, reciting to them His verses, purifying them, and teaching them the Scripture and wisdom, although they were before in manifest error — and others among them who have not yet joined them. 62:3
Those who deny claim that they will never be resurrected. 64:7
Say: Yes, by my Guardian, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. 64:7
And that they thought, as you thought, that God would never raise anyone up. 72:7
In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. When the sky breaks apart, and when the stars scatter, and when the seas erupt, and when the graves are overturned, a Self will know what it has put forward and kept back. 82:5
Do they not think that they will be resurrected for a tremendous Day, the Day when mankind will stand before the Guardian of all beings? 83:6
The Depleters [Thamud] denied, in their transgression, when the most wretched among them rose up. The messenger of God said to them, "[Leave] the she-camel of God, and her drink!" But they denied him and harmed her. So their Guardian brought their ruin for their wrong and leveled it. 91:14
Does he not know that when what is in the graves is overturned, and what is in the breasts is drawn out, their Guardian, that Day, will be perfectly informed about them? 100:11
