until, laden with heavy clouds, We drive them toward a dead land: We then send down water from it, and We bring forth by it every kind of fruit. 7:57
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَقَلَّتْ سَحَابًۭا ثِقَالًۭا سُقْنَٰهُ لِبَلَدٍۢ مَّيِّتٍۢ فَأَنزَلْنَا بِهِ ٱلْمَآءَ فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِۦ مِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ -
As when your Guardian brought you out of your dwelling in truth, while a group of believers were averse to it, disputing with you about the truth once it had become clear, as if they were being driven toward death, their eyes open. 8:6
كَمَآ أَخْرَجَكَ رَبُّكَ مِنۢ بَيْتِكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَإِنَّ فَرِيقًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَكَٰرِهُونَ يُجَٰدِلُونَكَ فِى ٱلْحَقِّ بَعْدَمَا تَبَيَّنَ كَأَنَّمَا يُسَاقُونَ إِلَى ٱلْمَوْتِ وَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ -
The Day We gather those who guarded themselves to the All-Benevolent, as a delegation, and drive the severed to Jahannam, like a herd to the watering-place. 19:86
يَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ إِلَى ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ وَفْدًۭا وَنَسُوقُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ وِرْدًۭا -
They say: What is with this messenger, that he eats food and walks in the marketplaces? Why has not an Agent been sent down to him to be a warner with him, or why is a treasure not thrown down to him, or why does he not have a garden to eat from! 25:8
وَقَالُوا۟ مَالِ هَٰذَا ٱلرَّسُولِ يَأْكُلُ ٱلطَّعَامَ وَيَمْشِى فِى ٱلْأَسْوَاقِ لَوْلَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مَلَكٌۭ فَيَكُونَ مَعَهُۥ نَذِيرًا أَوْ يُلْقَىٰٓ إِلَيْهِ كَنزٌ أَوْ تَكُونُ لَهُۥ جَنَّةٌۭ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا -
We did not send before you any messenger who did not eat food and walk in the marketplaces. 25:20
وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ إِلَّآ إِنَّهُمْ لَيَأْكُلُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ وَيَمْشُونَ فِى ٱلْأَسْوَاقِ -
When she saw it, she took it for a pool of water, and bared her legs. 27:44
فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةًۭ وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا -
Have they not seen that We drive the water to the barren land, and thereby bring forth crops from which their cattle and they themselves eat? 32:27
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّا نَسُوقُ ٱلْمَآءَ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلْجُرُزِ فَنُخْرِجُ بِهِۦ زَرْعًۭا تَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ أَنْعَٰمُهُمْ وَأَنفُسُهُمْ -
It is God who sends the winds, which stir up clouds; We drive them to a dead land, and by them We bring the earth to life after its death. 35:9
وَٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًۭا فَسُقْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍۢ مَّيِّتٍۢ فَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا -
"Bring them back to me!" And he began to stroke their legs and necks. 38:33
رُدُّوهَا عَلَىَّ فَطَفِقَ مَسْحًۢا بِٱلسُّوقِ وَٱلْأَعْنَاقِ -
Those who deny will be driven toward Jahannam, in troops, 39:71
وَسِيقَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا -
And those who were mindful of their Guardian will be led toward the Garden, in troops, 39:73
وَسِيقَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوْا۟ رَبَّهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْجَنَّةِ زُمَرًا -
And their image in the Injil is that of a seed that puts forth its shoot, strengthens it, and it thickens and stands straight upon its stalk, delighting the sowers — so as to enrage through them those who deny. 48:29
وَمَثَلُهُمْ فِى ٱلْإِنجِيلِ كَزَرْعٍ أَخْرَجَ شَطْـَٔهُۥ فَـَٔازَرَهُۥ فَٱسْتَغْلَظَ فَٱسْتَوَىٰ عَلَىٰ سُوقِهِۦ يُعْجِبُ ٱلزُّرَّاعَ لِيَغِيظَ بِهِمُ ٱلْكُفَّارَ -
And every Self will come, accompanied by a driver and a witness. 50:21
وَجَآءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٌۭ وَشَهِيدٌۭ -
On the day when the true state of things is uncovered, and they are called to prostrate, they will not be able, 68:42
يَوْمَ يُكْشَفُ عَن سَاقٍۢ وَيُدْعَوْنَ إِلَى ٱلسُّجُودِ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ -
No indeed! When it reaches the collarbones, and it is said, "Who will cure him?" and he becomes certain that it is the parting, and the leg is wound about the leg — to your Guardian, that Day, will be the drive. 75:30
كَلَّآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلتَّرَاقِىَ وَقِيلَ مَنْ رَاقٍۢ وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ ٱلْفِرَاقُ وَٱلْتَفَّتِ ٱلسَّاقُ بِٱلسَّاقِ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ ٱلْمَسَاقُ
