• Has there not come to them the clear proof of what is in the former pages? 20:133

  أَوَلَمْ تَأْتِهِم بَيِّنَةُ مَا فِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ

• Trays of gold and cups will be passed among them, 43:71

  يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِصِحَافٍۢ مِّن ذَهَبٍۢ وَأَكْوَابٍۢ

• Or has he not been informed of what is in the pages of Moussa, and of Ibrahim, who fulfilled [his mission]: that no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another, 53:38

  أَمْ لَمْ يُنَبَّأْ بِمَا فِى صُحُفِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ ٱلَّذِى وَفَّىٰٓ أَلَّا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌۭ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ

• Rather, every one of them desires that he would be given scrolls unrolled. 74:52

  بَلْ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍۢ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُؤْتَىٰ صُحُفًۭا مُّنَشَّرَةًۭ

• — so whoever wills, let him remember it —, in honored scrolls, elevated and purified, in the hands of scribes, noble and dutiful. 80:16

  فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ فِى صُحُفٍۢ مُّكَرَّمَةٍۢ مَّرْفُوعَةٍۢ مُّطَهَّرَةٍۭ بِأَيْدِى سَفَرَةٍۢ كِرَامٍۭ بَرَرَةٍۢ

• In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. When the sun is wrapped up, and when the stars scatter, and when the mountains are set in motion, and when the pregnant camels are neglected, and when the wild beasts are gathered, and when the seas are set on fire, and when the Selves are paired, and when the girl buried alive is asked for what wrong she was killed, and when the scrolls are laid open, and when the sky is stripped away, and when the Hellfire is set ablaze, and when the Garden is brought near, a Self will know what it has brought forward. 81:14

  بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِذَا ٱلشَّمْسُ كُوِّرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ ٱنكَدَرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْجِبَالُ سُيِّرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْوُحُوشُ حُشِرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْبِحَارُ سُجِّرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلنُّفُوسُ زُوِّجَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْمَوْءُۥدَةُ سُئِلَتْ بِأَىِّ ذَنۢبٍۢ قُتِلَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ كُشِطَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْجَحِيمُ سُعِّرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْجَنَّةُ أُزْلِفَتْ عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌۭ مَّآ أَحْضَرَتْ

• Indeed, this is in the former scrolls, the scrolls of Ibrahim and Moussa. 87:19

  إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَفِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ صُحُفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ

• a Messenger from God, reciting purified pages, containing writings of perfect rectitude. 98:3

  رَسُولٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ يَتْلُوا۟ صُحُفًۭا مُّطَهَّرَةًۭ فِيهَا كُتُبٌۭ قَيِّمَةٌۭ
