And you will see the severed, that Day, bound together in chains, their garments of tar, and the fire covering their faces, so that God may reward every Self according to what it earned: 14:51
وَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ سَرَابِيلُهُم مِّن قَطِرَانٍۢ وَتَغْشَىٰ وُجُوهَهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ لِيَجْزِىَ ٱللَّهُ كُلَّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّا كَسَبَتْ -
So We subjected the wind to him, running at his command, gently, wherever he directed it; and the Diverters, every builder and diver, and others bound together in chains. 38:38
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ وَٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّآءٍۢ وَغَوَّاصٍۢ وَءَاخَرِينَ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ
