It is not for a prophet to commit an embezzlement; 3:161
وَمَا كَانَ لِنَبِىٍّ أَن يَغُلَّ -
and whoever commits an embezzlement will come, on the Day of Appearance, with what he embezzled, 3:161
وَمَن يَغْلُلْ يَأْتِ بِمَا غَلَّ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ -
And the Reoriented said: "God's hand is chained." 5:64
وَقَالَتِ ٱلْيَهُودُ يَدُ ٱللَّهِ مَغْلُولَةٌ -
May their hands be chained, and may they be cursed for what they have said! 5:64
غُلَّتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَلُعِنُوا۟ بِمَا قَالُوا۟ -
And We will have removed from their chests all rancor; rivers will flow beneath them, 7:43
وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهِمُ ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ -
I will inscribe it, then, for those who guard themselves, give the purifying alms, and who believe in Our signs, those who follow the messenger, the prophet without a prior Scripture, whom they find written down with them in the Tawrah and the Injil, who orders them what is recognized and forbids them what is disavowed, makes lawful for them the good things and forbids them the vile things, and removes from them their burden and the shackles that were upon them. 7:157
فَسَأَكْتُبُهَا لِلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ وَيُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ ٱلرَّسُولَ ٱلنَّبِىَّ ٱلْأُمِّىَّ ٱلَّذِى يَجِدُونَهُۥ مَكْتُوبًا عِندَهُمْ فِى ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَٱلْإِنجِيلِ يَأْمُرُهُم بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَىٰهُمْ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْخَبَٰٓئِثَ وَيَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَٱلْأَغْلَٰلَ ٱلَّتِى كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ -
those are the ones who will have chains around their necks, 13:5
وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلْأَغْلَٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَاقِهِمْ -
And We shall have removed from their chests all rancor, 15:47
وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ -
Do not keep your hand chained to your neck, nor stretch it out completely, or you would find yourself blamed, overwhelmed with regret. 17:29
وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًۭا مَّحْسُورًا -
And We will place shackles on the necks of those who denied: 34:33
وَجَعَلْنَا ٱلْأَغْلَٰلَ فِىٓ أَعْنَاقِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ -
We have placed shackles on their necks, reaching up to their chins, so that their heads are held back. 36:8
إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَٰلًۭا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ -
Those who denied the Scripture and that with which We sent Our messengers will soon know, when the shackles are on their necks, along with the chains, 40:71
ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِٱلْكِتَٰبِ وَبِمَآ أَرْسَلْنَا بِهِۦ رُسُلَنَا فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ -
And those who came after them say: Our Guardian, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith, and put no rancor in our Cores toward those who believe. 59:10
وَٱلَّذِينَ جَآءُو مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا ٱغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَٰنِنَا ٱلَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِٱلْإِيمَٰنِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِى قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّۭا لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ -
'Seize him, then bind him, then expose him to the Blaze, then insert him into a chain seventy cubits in length. 69:32
خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ ثُمَّ ٱلْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ ثُمَّ فِى سِلْسِلَةٍۢ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًۭا فَٱسْلُكُوهُ -
Indeed, We have prepared for the deniers chains, shackles, and a blazing fire. 76:4
إِنَّآ أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ سَلَٰسِلَا۟ وَأَغْلَٰلًۭا وَسَعِيرًا
