Indeed, those who cut themselves off used to laugh at those who believed, and when they passed by them, they winked at one another, and when they returned to their people, they returned jesting, and when they saw them, they said, "Indeed, these are truly astray" — while they had not been sent as guardians over them.
83:33
| إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ كَانُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَضْحَكُونَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ وَإِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمُ ٱنقَلَبُوا۟ فَكِهِينَ وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ وَمَآ أُرْسِلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ حَٰفِظِينَ |
