• and behold, twelve springs gushed forth from it: 2:60

  فَٱنفَجَرَتْ مِنْهُ ٱثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ عَيْنًۭا

• There are indeed, among stones, those from which rivers burst forth; 2:74

  وَإِنَّ مِنَ ٱلْحِجَارَةِ لَمَا يَتَفَجَّرُ مِنْهُ ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ

• And eat and drink until the white thread becomes distinguishable to you from the black thread of dawn, 2:187

  وَكُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ ٱلْخَيْطُ ٱلْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ ٱلْخَيْطِ ٱلْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ ٱلْفَجْرِ

• Maintain the Contact from the sun's decline until the darkness of night, and the Recitation of dawn: 17:78

  أَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِدُلُوكِ ٱلشَّمْسِ إِلَىٰ غَسَقِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَقُرْءَانَ ٱلْفَجْرِ

• the recitation of dawn is indeed witnessed. 17:78

  إِنَّ قُرْءَانَ ٱلْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًۭا

• And they said: "We will not believe in you until you make a spring gush forth for us from the earth, or you have a garden of palm trees and vines in which you make rivers gush forth abundantly, or you make the sky fall upon us in pieces as you claim, or you bring God and the Agents before us, or you have a house of ornament, or you ascend to the sky — and we will not believe even in your ascent until you bring down upon us a register we can read." 17:93

  وَقَالُوا۟ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ لَكَ حَتَّىٰ تَفْجُرَ لَنَا مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ يَنۢبُوعًا أَوْ تَكُونَ لَكَ جَنَّةٌۭ مِّن نَّخِيلٍۢ وَعِنَبٍۢ فَتُفَجِّرَ ٱلْأَنْهَٰرَ خِلَٰلَهَا تَفْجِيرًا أَوْ تُسْقِطَ ٱلسَّمَآءَ كَمَا زَعَمْتَ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا أَوْ تَأْتِىَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ قَبِيلًا أَوْ يَكُونَ لَكَ بَيْتٌۭ مِّن زُخْرُفٍ أَوْ تَرْقَىٰ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَلَن نُّؤْمِنَ لِرُقِيِّكَ حَتَّىٰ تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْنَا كِتَٰبًۭا نَّقْرَؤُهُۥ

• and We made a river burst forth between them; and he had [other] fruit. 18:34

  وَفَجَّرْنَا خِلَٰلَهُمَا نَهَرًۭا وَكَانَ لَهُۥ ثَمَرٌۭ

• O you who believe, let those bound by pledge and those among you who have not yet reached the age of reflection ask your permission [to enter], at three times: before the Contact of dawn, when you remove your garments at midday, and after the Contact of evening — 24:58

  يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِيَسْتَـْٔذِنكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُكُمْ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا۟ ٱلْحُلُمَ مِنكُمْ ثَلَٰثَ مَرَّٰتٍۢ مِّن قَبْلِ صَلَوٰةِ ٱلْفَجْرِ وَحِينَ تَضَعُونَ ثِيَابَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظَّهِيرَةِ وَمِنۢ بَعْدِ صَلَوٰةِ ٱلْعِشَآءِ

• And We placed therein gardens of palm trees and vines, and We caused springs to gush forth in it, so that they may eat from its fruit — and it was not their hands that produced it. 36:35

  وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا جَنَّٰتٍۢ مِّن نَّخِيلٍۢ وَأَعْنَٰبٍۢ وَفَجَّرْنَا فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلْعُيُونِ لِيَأْكُلُوا۟ مِن ثَمَرِهِۦ وَمَا عَمِلَتْهُ أَيْدِيهِمْ

• Should We treat those who guard themselves like the depraved? 38:28

  أَمْ نَجْعَلُ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ كَٱلْفُجَّارِ

• and caused the earth to burst forth in springs, so the waters met according to a matter already decreed. 54:12

  وَفَجَّرْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ عُيُونًۭا فَٱلْتَقَى ٱلْمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمْرٍۢ قَدْ قُدِرَ

• If You leave them, they will mislead Your obedient ones and will not beget except wicked ones, great deniers." 71:27

  إِنَّكَ إِن تَذَرْهُمْ يُضِلُّوا۟ عِبَادَكَ وَلَا يَلِدُوٓا۟ إِلَّا فَاجِرًۭا كَفَّارًۭا

• But man desires to persist in transgression before him. 75:5

  بَلْ يُرِيدُ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُۥ

• Indeed, the righteous will drink from a cup mixed with camphor, a spring from which the obedient ones of God drink, making it gush forth abundantly. 76:6

  إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ يَشْرَبُونَ مِن كَأْسٍۢ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا عَيْنًۭا يَشْرَبُ بِهَا عِبَادُ ٱللَّهِ يُفَجِّرُونَهَا تَفْجِيرًۭا

• Those are the rejecters, the corrupt. 80:42

  أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْكَفَرَةُ ٱلْفَجَرَةُ

• In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. When the sky breaks apart, and when the stars scatter, and when the seas erupt, and when the graves are overturned, a Self will know what it has put forward and kept back. 82:5

  بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنفَطَرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْقُبُورُ بُعْثِرَتْ عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌۭ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ وَأَخَّرَتْ

• And indeed, the corrupt will be in Hellfire; they will burn in it on the Day of Recompense, and they will not be absent from it. 82:16

  وَإِنَّ ٱلْفُجَّارَ لَفِى جَحِيمٍۢ يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ وَمَا هُمْ عَنْهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ

• No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in Sijjin. 83:7

  كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلْفُجَّارِ لَفِى سِجِّينٍۢ

• In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. By the dawn! By ten nights! By the one who is seconded, and the one who is deprived! By the night when it passes! Is there in that an oath for one endowed with reason? 89:5

  بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلْفَجْرِ وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍۢ وَٱلشَّفْعِ وَٱلْوَتْرِ وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ هَلْ فِى ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٌۭ لِّذِى حِجْرٍ

• In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. By the sun and its morning brightness! By the moon when it follows it! By the day when it displays it! By the night when it covers it! By the sky and what built it! By the earth and what spread it! By a Self, and what proportioned it, then inspired it with its transgression and its righteousness! He has succeeded who purifies it, and he has failed who buries it. 91:10

  بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلشَّمْسِ وَضُحَىٰهَا وَٱلْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَىٰهَا وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّىٰهَا وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَىٰهَا وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا بَنَىٰهَا وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا طَحَىٰهَا وَنَفْسٍۢ وَمَا سَوَّىٰهَا فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَىٰهَا قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَكَّىٰهَا وَقَدْ خَابَ مَن دَسَّىٰهَا

• It is peace, until the emergence of dawn. 97:5

  سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ
