• And never seek the Contact for any of them who dies, and do not maintain yourself for his burial: 9:84

  وَلَا تُصَلِّ عَلَىٰٓ أَحَدٍۢ مِّنْهُم مَّاتَ أَبَدًۭا وَلَا تَقُمْ عَلَىٰ قَبْرِهِۦٓ

• That is because God is the Truth, He gives life to the dead, He is capable of all things, the Hour is coming — no doubt about it — and God will raise up those who are in the graves. 22:7

  ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَأَنَّهُۥ يُحْىِ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَأَنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌۭ وَأَنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ ءَاتِيَةٌۭ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهَا وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْعَثُ مَن فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ

• and you cannot make those in the graves hear. 35:22

  وَمَآ أَنتَ بِمُسْمِعٍۢ مَّن فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ

• O you who believe! Do not take as allies a people with whom God is angry, who have despaired of the Hereafter, just as those who deny have despaired of the companions of the graves. 60:13

  يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَوَلَّوْا۟ قَوْمًا غَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ قَدْ يَئِسُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ كَمَا يَئِسَ ٱلْكُفَّارُ مِنْ أَصْحَٰبِ ٱلْقُبُورِ

• From a drop He created him and proportioned him, then He made the way easy for him, then He caused him to die and buried him. 80:21

  مِن نُّطْفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ ثُمَّ ٱلسَّبِيلَ يَسَّرَهُۥ ثُمَّ أَمَاتَهُۥ فَأَقْبَرَهُۥ

• In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. When the sky breaks apart, and when the stars scatter, and when the seas erupt, and when the graves are overturned, a Self will know what it has put forward and kept back. 82:5

  بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنفَطَرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتْ وَإِذَا ٱلْقُبُورُ بُعْثِرَتْ عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌۭ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ وَأَخَّرَتْ

• Does he not know that when what is in the graves is overturned, and what is in the breasts is drawn out, their Guardian, that Day, will be perfectly informed about them? 100:11

  أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ

• In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. Rivalry in accumulation distracts you, until you visit the graves. 102:2

  بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ أَلْهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ ٱلْمَقَابِرَ
