You have indeed known those among you who transgressed concerning the sabt [the act of rest/inaction]; We then said to them: "Be apes, rejected." 2:65
وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْتُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱعْتَدَوْا۟ مِنكُمْ فِى ٱلسَّبْتِ فَقُلْنَا لَهُمْ كُونُوا۟ قِرَدَةً خَٰسِـِٔينَ -
Say: "Shall I inform you of a reward worse than that, with God? He whom God has cursed, with whom He was angered, and of whom He made apes and swine, and he who obeyed the Tyrant — 5:60
قُلْ هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُم بِشَرٍّۢ مِّن ذَٰلِكَ مَثُوبَةً عِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَن لَّعَنَهُ ٱللَّهُ وَغَضِبَ عَلَيْهِ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْقِرَدَةَ وَٱلْخَنَازِيرَ وَعَبَدَ ٱلطَّٰغُوتَ -
Then, when they persisted arrogantly in what had been forbidden them, We said to them: "Be apes, rejected." 7:166
فَلَمَّا عَتَوْا۟ عَن مَّا نُهُوا۟ عَنْهُ قُلْنَا لَهُمْ كُونُوا۟ قِرَدَةً خَٰسِـِٔينَ
