• No Self is burdened beyond its capacity. 2:233

  لَا تُكَلَّفُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا

• God imposes upon no Self except its capacity. 2:286

  لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا

• you are charged only with yourself. 4:84

  لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَكَ

• We impose upon no Self except its capacity — 6:152

  لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا

• Those who have believed and done righteous deeds — We do not impose upon any Self except its capacity — 7:42

  وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَآ

• And We do not burden a Self beyond its capacity, 23:62

  وَلَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا

• Say: "I ask you no reward for this, and I am not one of those who pretend to be what they are not. 38:86

  قُلْ مَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍۢ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلْمُتَكَلِّفِينَ

• God does not burden a Self beyond what He has given it. 65:7

  لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَآ ءَاتَىٰهَا
