O you who have believed! whoever among you abandons his Law — God will bring a people whom He loves and who love Him, humble toward the believers, firm toward those who deny-disown, striving in the way of God, and fearing not the blame of any blamer. 5:54
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَن يَرْتَدَّ مِنكُمْ عَن دِينِهِۦ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِى ٱللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍۢ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُۥٓ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ يُجَٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لَآئِمٍۢ -
She said: "This is the one about whom you blamed me. 12:32
قَالَتْ فَذَٰلِكُنَّ ٱلَّذِى لُمْتُنَّنِى فِيهِ -
And the Diverter will say, when the matter is decided: "God made you a true promise, and I made you a promise, but I betrayed you; I had no authority over you, except to call you, and you answered me. So do not blame me, but blame yourselves: I am no rescuer of yours, nor are you mine. I deny that you associated me with God before." 14:22
وَقَالَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ لَمَّا قُضِىَ ٱلْأَمْرُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَعَدَكُمْ وَعْدَ ٱلْحَقِّ وَوَعَدتُّكُمْ فَأَخْلَفْتُكُمْ وَمَا كَانَ لِىَ عَلَيْكُم مِّن سُلْطَٰنٍ إِلَّآ أَن دَعَوْتُكُمْ فَٱسْتَجَبْتُمْ لِى فَلَا تَلُومُونِى وَلُومُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُم مَّآ أَنَا۠ بِمُصْرِخِكُمْ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُصْرِخِىَّ إِنِّى كَفَرْتُ بِمَآ أَشْرَكْتُمُونِ مِن قَبْلُ -
Do not keep your hand chained to your neck, nor stretch it out completely, or you would find yourself blamed, overwhelmed with regret. 17:29
وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًۭا مَّحْسُورًا -
Do not place, alongside God, another deity, or you would be cast into Jahannam, blamed, driven away. 17:39
وَلَا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتُلْقَىٰ فِى جَهَنَّمَ مَلُومًۭا مَّدْحُورًا -
and those who guard their private parts, except with their spouses or those bound by pledge — for then they are not blameworthy; 23:6
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ -
And Younes was indeed among the messengers, when he fled to the laden ship; he took part in the drawing of lots, and was among those who lost; then the fish swallowed him while he was blameworthy. 37:142
وَإِنَّ يُونُسَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ إِذْ أَبَقَ إِلَى ٱلْفُلْكِ ٱلْمَشْحُونِ فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُدْحَضِينَ فَٱلْتَقَمَهُ ٱلْحُوتُ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌۭ -
We seized him, along with his armies, and cast them into the sea, while he was blameworthy. 51:40
فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌۭ -
So turn away from them — you will not be blamed at all — and remind, 51:55
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٍۢ وَذَكِّرْ -
And they turned to one another, blaming each other. 68:30
فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ يَتَلَٰوَمُونَ -
and those who guard their private parts, except from their spouses or those bound to them by pledge, for indeed, they are not to be blamed; 70:30
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ -
In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. I swear by the Day of Appearance, and I swear by the self-reproaching Self. 75:2
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ وَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِٱلنَّفْسِ ٱللَّوَّامَةِ
