هل اتىك حديث الغشية

Some faces, that Day, will be humble, toiling, exhausted. They will be made to burn in a scorching fire, given drink from a boiling spring.

وجوه يوميذ خشعة عاملة ناصبة تصلى نارا حامية تسقى من عين ءانية

They will have no food except dry thorns, which neither fatten nor avail against hunger.

ليس لهم طعام الا من ضريع لا يسمن ولا يغني من جوع

Some faces, that Day, will be in bliss, pleased with their effort, in a lofty garden, where no idle talk will be heard.

وجوه يوميذ ناعمة لسعيها راضية في جنة عالية لا تسمع فيها لغية

Therein is a flowing spring.

فيها عين جارية

Therein are elevated couches, and goblets set out, and cushions lined up, and carpets spread out.

فيها سرر مرفوعة واكواب موضوعة ونمارق مصفوفة وزرابي مبثوثة

Do they not look at the massive animals, how they were created? And at the sky, how it was elevated? And at the mountains, how they were set up? And at the earth, how it was laid flat?

افلا ينظرون الى الابل كيف خلقت والى السماء كيف رفعت والى الجبال كيف نصبت والى الارض كيف سطحت

So remind; you are only one who reminds.

فذكر انما انت مذكر

You have no power to compel them.

لست عليهم بمصيطر

Except one who has turned his back and disowned — God will punish him with the greatest punishment.

الا من تولى وكفر فيعذبه الله العذاب الاكبر

To Us is their resort, then upon Us is their reckoning.

ان الينا ايابهم ثم ان علينا حسابهم
