سورة 98
۞
Al-Bayyina
-
In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. Those who denied among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists were not to separate until the Clear Proof came to them:i 1
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم لم يكن الذين كفروا من اهل الكتب والمشركين منفكين حتى تاتيهم البينة -
a Messenger from God, reciting purified pages, containing writings of perfect rectitude. 3
رسول من الله يتلوا صحفا مطهرة فيها كتب قيمة -
And those who were given the Scripture did not become divided except after the Clear Proof came to them.i 4
وما تفرق الذين اوتوا الكتب الا من بعد ما جاءتهم البينة -
And they were not commanded except to obey God, devoting to Him exclusively their Law, in true uprightness, and to maintain the Contact and give charity.i 5
وما امروا الا ليعبدوا الله مخلصين له الدين حنفاء ويقيموا الصلوة ويوتوا الزكوة -
And that is the religion of rectitude. 5
وذلك دين القيمة -
Those who denied among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Jahannam, abiding therein forever. Those are the worst of creation.i 6
ان الذين كفروا من اهل الكتب والمشركين في نار جهنم خلدين فيها اوليك هم شر البرية -
Those who believe and do righteous deeds, those are the best of creation. 7
ان الذين ءامنوا وعملوا الصلحت اوليك هم خير البرية -
Their reward, with their Guardian, is the gardens of Eden beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein forever. 8
جزاوهم عند ربهم جنت عدن تجري من تحتها الانهر خلدين فيها ابدا -
God is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. 8
رضي الله عنهم ورضوا عنه -
That is for whoever fears his Guardian. 8
ذلك لمن خشي ربه
