In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. The Crash. What is the Crash?i 2

بسم ٱلله ٱلرحمن ٱلرحيم ٱلقارعة ما ٱلقارعة

And what can make you know what the Crash is? 3

ومآ أدرىك ما ٱلقارعة

The Day when people will be like scattered moths, and the mountains will be like carded wool. 5

يوم يكون ٱلناس كٱلفراش ٱلمبثوث وتكون ٱلجبال كٱلعهن ٱلمنفوش

As for the one whose scales are heavy, he will be in a satisfying life. 7

فأما من ثقلت موزينه فهو في عيشة راضية

And as for the one whose scales are light, the Abyss will be his abode.i 9

وأما من خفت موزينه فأمه هاوية

And what can make you know what it is? 10

ومآ أدرىك ما هيه

A blazing fire. 11
