Al-Humaza
The Illusion of Eternity
In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent.
Woe to every stinging slanderer, insinuating disparager, who amasses goods and numbers them, thinking that his goods have made him eternal. By no means!
He will surely be cast away into the Crusher.
And what will give you an idea of what the Crusher is?
The fire of God, kindled, which rises up to the Consciences.
It is indeed locked shut upon them, in extended pillars.
