Al-Layl

In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. By the night when it covers all! By the day when it unveils itself! By what created the male and the female! Your efforts are surely dispersed.

ٮسم الله الرحمں الرحٮم والٮل ادا ٮعسى والٮهار ادا ٮحلى وما حلٯ الدكر والاٮٮى اں سعٮكم لسٮى

As for the one who endows, and guards himself, and declares true the most beautiful — We will ease him toward ease.

ڡاما مں اعطى واٮڡى وصدٯ ٮالحسٮى ڡسٮٮسره للٮسرى

But as for the one who is stingy, and considers himself self-sufficient, and denies the most beautiful — We will ease him toward hardship.

واما مں ٮحل واسٮعٮى وكدٮ ٮالحسٮى ڡسٮٮسره للعسرى

And his goods will not avail him when he falls.

وما ٮعٮى عٮه ماله ادا ٮردى

Surely, upon Us is the guidance, and surely to Us belong the last life and the first.

اں علٮٮا للهدى واں لٮا للاحره والاولى

So I have warned you of a fire that flares, in which none will burn except the most wretched, who denied and turned his back.

ڡاٮدرٮكم ٮارا ٮلطى لا ٮصلٮها الا الاسڡى الدى كدٮ وٮولى

And the most guarded will be kept at a distance from it, he who gives his goods to purify himself,

وسٮحٮٮها الاٮڡى الدى ٮوٮى ماله ٮٮركى

and no one has with him any blessing to be recompensed, except to seek the direction of his Guardian, the Most High.

وما لاحد عٮده مں ٮعمه ٮحرى الا اٮٮعا وحه رٮه الاعلى

And he will surely soon be satisfied.
