Al-A'la

Glorify the name of your Guardian, the Most High, who created and proportioned, and who measured and guided, and who brought forth the pasture, and then made it dark wisps of straw.

سَبِّحِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلْأَعْلَى ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ وَٱلَّذِى قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ وَٱلَّذِىٓ أَخْرَجَ ٱلْمَرْعَىٰ فَجَعَلَهُۥ غُثَآءً أَحْوَىٰ

He knows what is said aloud and what is hidden.

إِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ

And We will ease you toward ease.

وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ

So remind, if the reminder should benefit.

فَذَكِّرْ إِن نَّفَعَتِ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ

He who dreads will remember, and the most wretched will keep at a distance from it, who will burn in the greatest Fire, then he will neither die therein nor live.

سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخْشَىٰ وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا ٱلْأَشْقَى ٱلَّذِى يَصْلَى ٱلنَّارَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ

He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself, and remembers the name of his Guardian, and makes contact.

قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ وَذَكَرَ ٱسْمَ رَبِّهِۦ فَصَلَّىٰ

Surely, this is in the former chronicles, the chronicles of Ibrahim and Moussa.

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَفِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ صُحُفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ
