بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent.
All that is in the heavens and on the earth has glorified God,
سبح لله ما في السموت وما في الارض
and He is the All-Powerful, the Wise.
وهو العزيز الحكيم
O you who have believed! Why do you say what you do not do?
يايها الذين ءامنوا لم تقولون ما لا تفعلون
It is a great abomination with God that you say what you do not do.
كبر مقتا عند الله ان تقولوا ما لا تفعلون
Indeed, God loves those who fight in His way in ranks, as if they were a compact structure.
ان الله يحب الذين يقتلون في سبيله صفا كانهم بنين مرصوص
And when Moussa said to his people: "O my people, why do you trouble me, when you will surely know that I am the messenger of God sent to you?"
واذ قال موسى لقومه يقوم لم توذونني وقد تعلمون اني رسول الله اليكم
So when they deviated, God caused their cores to deviate.
فلما زاغوا ازاغ الله قلوبهم
And God does not guide the people of the oversteppers.
والله لا يهدي القوم الفسقين
And when Issa, son of Maryam, said: "O Sons of Israel! I am indeed the messenger of God to you, confirming what, of the Tawrah, precedes me, and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose attribute is: the most worthy of praise."
واذ قال عيسى ابن مريم يبني اسرءيل اني رسول الله اليكم مصدقا لما بين يدى من التورىة ومبشرا برسول ياتي من بعدي اسمه احمد
But when he brought them clear proofs, they said: "This is a manifest illusion."
فلما جاءهم بالبينت قالوا هذا سحر مبين
And who does more wrong than one who invents the lie against God while he is being called to being true to God alone?
ومن اظلم ممن افترى على الله الكذب وهو يدعى الى الاسلم
And God does not guide the wrongdoing people.
والله لا يهدي القوم الظلمين
They want to extinguish the light of God with their mouths, but God completes His light, however much those who disown detest it.
يريدون ليطفوا نور الله بافوههم والله متم نوره ولو كره الكفرون
It is He who sent His messenger with the guidance and the Law of truth, so as to make it prevail over every law, however much the associators detest it.
هو الذي ارسل رسوله بالهدى ودين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله ولو كره المشركون
O you who have believed! Shall I point you to a trade that will save you from a painful punishment? You believe in God and His messenger, and strive in the way of God with your goods and your Selves — that is better for you, if you but knew. He will forgive you your offenses and admit you into gardens beneath which rivers flow, and wholesome dwellings in gardens of permanence.
يايها الذين ءامنوا هل ادلكم على تجرة تنجيكم من عذاب اليم تومنون بالله ورسوله وتجهدون في سبيل الله بامولكم وانفسكم ذلكم خير لكم ان كنتم تعلمون يغفر لكم ذنوبكم ويدخلكم جنت تجري من تحتها الانهر ومسكن طيبة في جنت عدن
That is the immense triumph.
ذلك الفوز العظيم
And another thing you love: help from God and a near opening.
واخرى تحبونها نصر من الله وفتح قريب
And give good news to the believers.
وبشر المومنين
O you who have believed! Be helpers of God, just as Issa, son of Maryam, said to the disciples: "Who are my helpers toward God?"
يايها الذين ءامنوا كونوا انصار الله كما قال عيسى ابن مريم للحوارين من انصاري الى الله
The disciples said: "We are the helpers of God."
قال الحواريون نحن انصار الله
So a group of the Sons of Israel believed, and a group disowned.
فامنت طايفة من بني اسرءيل وكفرت طايفة
So We fortified those who believed against their enemy, and they became dominant.
فايدنا الذين ءامنوا على عدوهم فاصبحوا ظهرين
