18:94 Sura 18 · Unless God Wills Open the verse →
They said: "O Dhul-Qarnayn, Yajuj and Majuj are sowing corruption on the earth; shall we grant you a tribute, on condition that you place between us and them a barrier?"
قَالُوا۟ يَٰذَا ٱلْقَرْنَيْنِ إِنَّ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ مُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَهَلْ نَجْعَلُ لَكَ خَرْجًا عَلَىٰٓ أَن تَجْعَلَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمْ سَدًّۭا -
21:97 Sura 21 · We Answered Him Open the verse →
until Yajuj and Majuj are opened, and they come swarming down from every height, and the true promise draws near — then at once the sights of those who disowned are fixed: "Woe to us! We were heedless of this — we have rather been wrongdoers!"
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فُتِحَتْ يَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَهُم مِّن كُلِّ حَدَبٍۢ يَنسِلُونَ وَٱقْتَرَبَ ٱلْوَعْدُ ٱلْحَقُّ فَإِذَا هِىَ شَٰخِصَةٌ أَبْصَٰرُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ يَٰوَيْلَنَا قَدْ كُنَّا فِى غَفْلَةٍۢ مِّنْ هَٰذَا بَلْ كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ
