Nuh

In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. We sent Nuh to his people: "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment."

ٮسم الله الرحمں الرحٮم اٮا ارسلٮا ٮوحا الى ڡومه اں اٮدر ڡومك مں ڡٮل اں ٮاٮٮهم عداٮ الٮم

The term of God, when it comes, cannot be delayed, if you only knew."

اں احل الله ادا حا لا ٮوحر لو كٮٮم ٮعلموں

He said, "My Guardian, indeed I have called my people night and day, but my call has only increased them in flight.

ڡال رٮ اٮى دعوٮ ڡومى لٮلا وٮهارا ڡلم ٮردهم دعاى الا ڡرارا

And every time I called them, that You might forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their clothes, persisted, and grew proud, fully.

واٮى كلما دعوٮهم لٮعڡر لهم حعلوا اصٮعهم ڡى اداٮهم واسٮعسوا ٮٮاٮهم واصروا واسٮكٮروا اسٮكٮارا

Then I called them openly,

ٮم اٮى دعوٮهم حهارا

then I announced to them publicly and confided to them privately, and said: Ask forgiveness of your Guardian; indeed, He is ever a Great Forgiver. He will send upon you the sky in copious streams, and provide you with goods and sons, and give you gardens, and give you rivers.

ٮم اٮى اعلٮٮ لهم واسررٮ لهم اسرارا ڡڡلٮ اسٮعڡروا رٮكم اٮه كاں عڡارا ٮرسل السما علٮكم مدرارا وٮمددكم ٮامول وٮٮٮں وٮحعل لكم حٮٮ وٮحعل لكم اٮهرا

What is with you, that you do not hope from God for gravity, when He has created you in successive stages?

ما لكم لا ٮرحوں لله وڡارا وڡد حلڡكم اطوارا

Do you not see how God has created seven heavens in layers, and made the moon therein a light, and made the sun a torch?

الم ٮروا كٮڡ حلٯ الله سٮع سموٮ طٮاڡا وحعل الڡمر ڡٮهں ٮورا وحعل السمس سراحا

And God has caused you to grow from the earth as a growth. Then He will return you into it and bring you out anew.

والله اٮٮٮكم مں الارص ٮٮاٮا ٮم ٮعٮدكم ڡٮها وٮحرحكم احراحا

And God has made for you the earth an expanse, that you may follow therein ways, wide passes."

والله حعل لكم الارص ٮساطا لٮسلكوا مٮها سٮلا ڡحاحا

Nuh said, "My Guardian, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose goods and children increased him not except in loss, and they have plotted a very great plot,

ڡال ٮوح رٮ اٮهم عصوٮى واٮٮعوا مں لم ٮرده ماله وولده الا حسارا ومكروا مكرا كٮارا

and said: Never forsake your deities, nor forsake Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth, nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr.

وڡالوا لا ٮدرں الهٮكم ولا ٮدرں ودا ولا سواعا ولا ٮعوٮ وٮعوٯ وٮسرا

And do not increase the wrongdoers except in error."

ولا ٮرد الطلمٮں الا صللا

Because of their faults they were drowned and put into a fire, and they found none besides God to help them.

مما حطٮٮهم اعرڡوا ڡادحلوا ٮارا ڡلم ٮحدوا لهم مں دوں الله اٮصارا

And Nuh said, "My Guardian, spare not upon the earth, among the disowners, any dweller!

وڡال ٮوح رٮ لا ٮدر على الارص مں الكڡرٮں دٮارا

If You spare them, they will mislead Your obedient ones and will not beget except depraved ones, great disowners.

اٮك اں ٮدرهم ٮصلوا عٮادك ولا ٮلدوا الا ڡاحرا كڡارا

and do not increase the wrongdoers except in devastation."

ولا ٮرد الطلمٮں الا ٮٮارا
