Al-Hadid

In the name of God, the All-Benevolent, the Benevolent. All that is in the heavens and the earth has glorified God.

ٮسم الله الرحمں الرحٮم سٮح لله ما ڡى السموٮ والارص

To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death.

له ملك السموٮ والارص ٮحى وٮمٮٮ

He is the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden.

هو الاول والاحر والطهر والٮاطں

It is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then established Himself upon the Edifice.

هو الدى حلٯ السموٮ والارص ڡى سٮه اٮام ٮم اسٮوى على العرس

He knows what penetrates into the earth and what comes out of it, what descends from the sky and what ascends into it.

ٮعلم ما ٮلح ڡى الارص وما ٮحرح مٮها وما ٮٮرل مں السما وما ٮعرح ڡٮها

And He is with you wherever you are.

وهو معكم اٮں ما كٮٮم

To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth.

له ملك السموٮ والارص

He makes the night penetrate into the day, and makes the day penetrate into the night.

ٮولح الٮل ڡى الٮهار وٮولح الٮهار ڡى الٮل

Believe in God and His messenger, and spend from that which He has made you trustees of.

امٮوا ٮالله ورسوله واٮڡڡوا مما حعلكم مسٮحلڡٮں ڡٮه

It is He who sends down upon His obedient one clear signs, to bring you out of the darknesses into the light.

هو الدى ٮٮرل على عٮده اٮٮ ٮٮٮٮ لٮحرحكم مں الطلمٮ الى الٮور

And what is with you that you do not spend in the way of God, while to God belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth?

وما لكم الا ٮٮڡڡوا ڡى سٮٮل الله ولله مٮرٮ السموٮ والارص

Not equal among you is the one who spent and fought before the opening:

لا ٮسٮوى مٮكم مں اٮڡٯ مں ڡٮل الڡٮح وڡٮل

those are more immense in degree than those who spent and fought afterward.

اولٮك اعطم درحه مں الدٮں اٮڡڡوا مں ٮعد وڡٮلوا

And to all, God has promised the best.

وكلا وعد الله الحسٮى

The Day you will see the believing men and believing women, their light hurrying before them and on their right.

ٮوم ٮرى المومٮٮں والمومٮٮ ٮسعى ٮورهم ٮٮں اٮدٮهم وٮاٮمٮهم

Your good tidings today: gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein you will abide eternally.

ٮسرٮكم الٮوم حٮٮ ٮحرى مں ٮحٮها الاٮهر حلدٮں ڡٮها

The Day the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believed: "Wait for us that we may borrow from your light." It will be said: "Return behind you and seek a light."

ٮوم ٮڡول المٮڡڡوں والمٮڡڡٮ للدٮں امٮوا اٮطروٮا ٮڡٮٮس مں ٮوركم ڡٮل ارحعوا وراكم ڡالٮمسوا ٮورا

They will call to them: "Were we not with you?"

ٮٮادوٮهم الم ٮكں معكم

So today no ransom will be taken from you, nor from those who disowned. Your refuge is the Fire; it is your nearest guarantor.

ڡالٮوم لا ٮوحد مٮكم ڡدٮه ولا مں الدٮں كڡروا ماوٮكم الٮار هى مولٮكم

Has the time not come for those who believe that their cores should become humble at the remembrance of God and what has descended of truth?

الم ٮاں للدٮں امٮوا اں ٮحسع ڡلوٮهم لدكر الله وما ٮرل مں الحٯ

And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and the span grew long for them, so their cores hardened.

ولا ٮكوٮوا كالدٮں اوٮوا الكٮٮ مں ڡٮل ڡطال علٮهم الامد ڡڡسٮ ڡلوٮهم

Know that God brings the earth back to life after its death.

اعلموا اں الله ٮحى الارص ٮعد موٮها

And those who believe in God and His messengers — those are the veracious.

والدٮں امٮوا ٮالله ورسله اولٮك هم الصدٮڡوں

And the witnesses, with their Guardian.

والسهدا عٮد رٮهم

They will have their reward and their light.

لهم احرهم وٮورهم

Know that the present life is but play, distraction, adornment, mutual boasting among you, and rivalry in accumulation of goods and children — like the example of a saving rain whose vegetation dazzles the sowers, then it dries up, and you see it turn yellow, then it becomes debris.

اعلموا اٮما الحٮوه الدٮٮا لعٮ ولهو ورٮٮه وٮڡاحر ٮٮٮكم وٮكاٮر ڡى الامول والاولد كمٮل عٮٮ اعحٮ الكڡار ٮٮاٮه ٮم ٮهٮح ڡٮرٮه مصڡرا ٮم ٮكوں حطما

And in the last life: severe punishment, and forgiveness from God and good pleasure.

وڡى الاحره عداٮ سدٮد ومعڡره مں الله ورصوں

Race toward forgiveness from your Guardian and a garden whose extent is like the extent of the heaven and the earth, prepared for those who believe in God and His messengers.

ساٮڡوا الى معڡره مں رٮكم وحٮه عرصها كعرص السما والارص اعدٮ للدٮں امٮوا ٮالله ورسله

That is the favor of God, which He grants to whom He wills.

دلك ڡصل الله ٮوٮٮه مں ٮسا

That is indeed easy for God — so that you do not lament for what you have missed, nor rejoice in what has come to you.

اں دلك على الله ٮسٮر لكٮلا ٮاسوا على ما ڡاٮكم ولا ٮڡرحوا ٮما اٮٮكم

Those who are stingy and enjoin stinginess upon men.

الدٮں ٮٮحلوں وٮامروں الٮاس ٮالٮحل

We have certainly sent Our messengers with clear proofs and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that men may maintain equity.

لڡد ارسلٮا رسلٮا ٮالٮٮٮٮ واٮرلٮا معهم الكٮٮ والمٮراں لٮڡوم الٮاس ٮالڡسط

And We sent down iron, in which is severe rigor and benefits for mankind.

واٮرلٮا الحدٮد ڡٮه ٮاس سدٮد ومٮڡع للٮاس

And so that God may distinguish who helps Him and His messengers, even though He escapes his senses.

ولٮعلم الله مں ٮٮصره ورسله ٮالعٮٮ

And We indeed sent Nuh and Ibrahim, and placed among their descendants the charge of informing and the Scripture.

ولڡد ارسلٮا ٮوحا واٮرهٮم وحعلٮا ڡى درٮٮهما الٮٮوه والكٮٮ

Some of them let themselves be guided,

ڡمٮهم مهٮد

Then We caused Our messengers to follow in their footsteps, and We caused Issa son of Maryam to follow, and We gave him the Injil.

ٮم ڡڡٮٮا على اٮرهم ٮرسلٮا وڡڡٮٮا ٮعٮسى اٮں مرٮم واٮٮٮه الاٮحٮل

And We placed in the cores of those who followed him kindness and benevolence; as for monasticism, it is they who invented it — We did not prescribe it for them — except in seeking the good pleasure of God.

وحعلٮا ڡى ڡلوٮ الدٮں اٮٮعوه راڡه ورحمه ورهٮاٮٮه اٮٮدعوها ما كٮٮٮها علٮهم الا اٮٮعا رصوں الله

But they were not watchful over it as they should have been.

ڡما رعوها حٯ رعاٮٮها

So We gave those among them who believed their reward.

ڡاٮٮٮا الدٮں امٮوا مٮهم احرهم

And God is Most-Forgiving, Benevolent — so that the People of the Scripture may know that they have no power over anything of the favor of God, and that the favor is in the hand of God, which He gives to whom He wills.

والله عڡور رحٮم لٮلا ٮعلم اهل الكٮٮ الا ٮڡدروں على سى مں ڡصل الله واں الڡصل ٮٮد الله ٮوٮٮه مں ٮسا
